It has taken me most of the week to get out of my “slugging” along mode. I have done my energy work, managed to escape to my haven aka my studio to just chill out, went to my chiropractor (which really helped to release the stuff out of my body), been pretty good at taking all my vitamins and supplements, did a BodyPump class, chatted with friends, hung out with hubby. let the kiddos just do their own thing. I even finished up some loose ends at Red Raspberry Studio. Now at the end of the week, I am feeling ready for our next summer adventure!
